Fund Performance

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Market volatility can significantly impact short-term performance. Results of an investment made today may differ substantially from the Funds' historical performance. Investment return and principal value will fluctuate so that an investor's shares, when redeemed, may be worth more or less than their original cost.

Investing in Century Shares Trust or Century Small Cap Select Fund

Shares of Century Shares Trust and Century Small Cap Select Fund are currently offered only in the United States and are not registered for sale in any jurisdiction outside the United States. This is not an offer to sell nor a solicitation of an offer to buy in any jurisdiction in which such offer, solicitation, purchase, or sale would be unlawful.

Investments in smaller companies generally pose greater risks than those associated with larger, more established companies. Century Small Cap Select Fund concentrates its investments in the financial services and health care group of industries. Concentration in a particular industry subjects the Funds to the risks associated with that industry and, as a result, each Fund may be subject to greater price volatility than funds with less concentrated portfolios.

Special Considerations for Small Cap Investing

Century believes that small capitalization investments should be used for long-term capital growth rather than short-term investment gains. Investments in smaller companies pose greater risks than those typically associated with larger, more established companies. These risks are described in more detail in the Fund's prospectus.
